Account Manager

Our client, a leading company committed to innovative financial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to strengthen our team.

Duties:

• Conduct in-person visits to clients to assist with and explain the onboarding process

• Manage and understand administration related to forex transactions

• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and foster existing relationships

• Oversee multiple forex accounts for individuals and corporate clients

• Address challenging client requests and escalate issues as necessary

• Develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention

• Retain clients by building trust and understanding client needs

• Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio

• Analyze root causes of customer success or failure and contribute to product or process improvements

• Manage customer activity efficiently with follow-up until issues are resolved

• Assist clients via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and face-to-face meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role

• Ideally hold a tertiary degree in management, finance, administration, or a related field

• Demonstrate strong technical literacy and competency

• Possess excellent administrative and interpersonal skills

• Have strong mathematical skills and competency

• Proven experience in client management, communication, and administration

Familiarity with the following is advantageous:

• Financial technologies and forex transactions

• Customer relationship management tools
