Bookkeeper

Indalo Hotels & Leisure is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with hospitality experience who is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and delivering high-quality financial support. Key Responsibilities Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Perform bank, creditor, debtor, and general ledger reconciliations. Capture and process supplier invoices, payments, and receipts. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Prepare monthly journals and support month-end reporting. Maintain fixed asset and inventory records where required. Assist with payroll preparation and related reconciliations. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls. Support the Finance Manager with audits, reporting, and other finance-related duties. Liaise with suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders professionally. Education Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 3 years' bookkeeping experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
