Talent Acquisition Specialist: Sales Hiring (South Africa) | Remote

Octogle Technologies is a Dubai-based tech company with a development team in India and a commercial presence in the UK. We build AI-powered sales and business software, and we're scaling fast.

We're looking for a recruitment expert who knows the South African sales talent market inside out. Your job is to find, vet and place high-performing SDRs, BDRs and closers for international teams working UK and US hours.

What you’ll do

• Run end-to-end hiring for sales roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top SA sales talent
• Headhunt proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and your own network
• Run practical assessments such as cold-call roleplays and outreach tests
• Fill roles fast without dropping the quality bar
• Track and report on hiring metrics like time-to-hire, quality of hire and retention

What you bring

• 3+ years recruiting sales talent in South Africa (agency or in-house)
• A proven track record placing SDRs and BDRs with UK, US or international companies
• A strong existing network of SA sales professionals
• An eye for real performers over polished CVs
• Confidence with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, PNet and ATS tools
• Speed, ownership and clear communication
