Contract Delivery Consultant – Niche Tech & SAP (UK, US & German Markets)



  • Position Level: Associate Level (3–5 Years High-Volume Agency Recruitment)

  • Location: Remote (need to reside in South Africa)

  • Employment Type: Full-Time (independently contracted)

  • Working Hours: UK/European Hours

  • Compensation: Up to ZAR 30,000 gross per month (Negotiable based on track record) + Commission Structure

We are partnering with an award-winning international technology recruitment specialist operating across the UK, US, and German markets. Placing over 300+ contractors annually across a 50+ consultant desk, our client delivers bespoke staffing, SAP implementations, cyber security, and large-scale transformation initiatives for global institutions.


About the Role


We are seeking a high-output Contract Delivery Consultant to join a fast-growing SA-based delivery hub. You will work directly on pre-qualified, well-briefed live roles received from UK-based client partners, focusing 100% of your energy on high-volume candidate outreach, headhunting, screening, and rapid turnaround submission.

What We Are Looking For



  • Proven Agency Track Record: 3+ years of fast-paced agency recruitment experience, with explicit experience running or delivering on contract/temp desks.

  • Relentless Outreach Drive: High phone-time comfort and proactive outbound candidate engagement—you thrive on high call volumes, active talent qualification, and fast-paced candidate pitching.

  • Niche Sector Expertise: Direct experience or strong functional knowledge in Technology, SAP ERP, Cyber Security, Cloud, or Public Sector/Government recruitment.

  • International Market Experience: Prior exposure to candidate delivery into UK, US, or European/German geographic regions (understanding IR35, contractor rate structures, and compliance nuances is a major advantage).

  • Quality & Speed: Ability to manage multiple live roles simultaneously while maintaining impeccable attention to detail on candidate profiles and screening notes.
