Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and product locations within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to prevent loss and damage.
- Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth replenishment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory tracking tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, essential for a remote position.
