Our client is seeking an experienced Installation Team Leader to lead and coordinate installation teams on site. The successful candidate will ensure that installations are completed safely, meet quality standards and are delivered within agreed project timelines.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric will be advantageous
• 3 Years’ experience in shopfitting or a related field
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential
• Experience in shopfitting, joinery, interior contracting or installations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop plans and fixture layouts
• Basic computer literacy
• Valid driver’s licence is essential
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) is essential
• Proven professional driving experience is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and train installation teams and contractors
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance on site
• Coordinate daily installation activities and ensure project deadlines are met
• Ensure installations meet client specifications and quality standards
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure installations are completed accordingly
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure tools, equipment and materials are available
• Report project progress, delays and site-related issues to management
