SASSO Consulting is recruiting experienced Red and Blue Team Cybersecurity Specialists for exciting opportunities within enterprise cybersecurity and information security.

We are looking for technically strong professionals with proven hands-on experience in offensive security, defensive security, adversary simulation, threat detection or cybersecurity exercises.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant IT, Computer Science or Cybersecurity qualification
• 3-5+ years' relevant cybersecurity experience
• Proven hands-on Red Team, Blue Team or Purple Team experience - essential
• Strong understanding of penetration testing, adversary emulation or defensive security operations
• Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Experience Identifying Security Vulnerabilities And Evaluating Security Controls
• Practical experience with security monitoring, threat detection or incident response
• Exposure to SIEM, EDR and enterprise security technologies
• Understanding of Active Directory, Windows, Linux and network security
• Experience with cybersecurity exercise planning, execution or detection validation
• Familiarity with tools such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel or CrowdStrike advantageous

• OSCP
• OSEP
• CRTP
• CRTE
• GPEN
• GCIH
• GCIA
• CEH
• CompTIA PenTest+
• CompTIA CySA+

We're looking for candidates who:

• Have practical experience conducting or supporting cybersecurity exercises
• Understand attacker techniques and enterprise security defences
• Can identify security weaknesses and recommend effective improvements
• Have strong analytical, investigative and technical problem-solving skills

IMPORTANT:

This is a specialist cybersecurity opportunity. General IT support or theoretical cybersecurity knowledge without substantial hands-on offensive or defensive security experience will not be sufficient.
