Senior Procurement Specialist - Remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing projects for key categories, from market analysis to contract finalization.
• Develop and execute category strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and value.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance, compliance, and collaborative partnerships.
• Conduct in-depth market research and supplier assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance and support to internal business units on procurement matters.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, ethical standards, and relevant legal requirements in procurement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in strategic procurement , sourcing, or category management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex negotiations and achieving significant cost reductions.
• Deep understanding of sourcing methodologies, contract law, and supplier risk management.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis and market intelligence tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, critical for a remote role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CIPS certification highly preferred.
