Our client, a fast-paced technology firm, is looking for an experienced Remote Technical Recruiter to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for sourcing and attracting top engineering and technical talent across various disciplines. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging cutting-edge tools and strategies to identify and engage with candidates. Working remotely from anywhere in South Africa, you will be a key player in building the company's technical workforce and contributing to its innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity experts, and IT professionals.
• Source active and passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional networks.
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and role expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional recruitment experience.
• Stay current with technology trends and sourcing best practices to attract niche talent.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a tech company or agency.
• Proven track record of successfully filling challenging technical positions.
• Strong understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
• Expertise in using modern recruitment tools, ATS, and social sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
