SUMMARY:
Remuneration: Basic Salary: R20,000 – R35,000 (depending on experience) + Monthly Performance Incentive based on dealership-specific KPI achievements (Historical earnings have been up to 25% of basic salary) + Company Vehicle + Fuel Allowance + Medical Aid + Provident Fund

A leading and highly successful automotive dealership representing a well-established international brand is seeking an experienced Dealership Accountant to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Monitor and control dealership financial performance Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasting Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company financial policies Oversee debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations, and general ledger controls Assist management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making Prepare for audits and ensure all financial records are maintained accurately Manage and monitor dealership KPI performance and reporting requirements Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as a Dealership Accountant within a franchised motor dealership Strong understanding of dealership principles and financial controls Experience working on CDK (Keyloop) and Automate dealership management systems is essential Excellent knowledge of month-end procedures, management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting Strong reconciliation, cash-flow management, and general ledger experience Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Relevant accounting qualification will be advantageous Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
