R40 000 - R44 000 CTC + R6000 car allowance (medical aid, provident fund, petrol card, cellphone, Tablet, 30% incentive bonus quarterly if targets are achieved)

My client is looking for a young, dynamic, sporty, sales driven individual to fill the position

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics – essential
• 3-5 years' proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the fashion, medical or FMCG industry
• Valid driver's licence with own reliable vehicle
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Proven experience in account management, business development and new business acquisition
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to analyse sales figures and identify trends and opportunities
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including being away from home for 1-2 weeks per month
• Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours activations
• Strong planning, organisational and reporting skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fashion, eyewear and brands will be advantageous
• Experience in optical/eyewear, fashion or brand management will be advantageous
• A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field will be advantageous
