Account Manager

POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading organisation within the equipment and agricultural sector. This role is focused on developing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value for customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with strategic customer accounts. Create and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Identify opportunities for new business, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives. Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations. Essential Requirements Agricultural industry experience is essential. OEM experience is required. Proven experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales Management, or Customer Relationship Management. Preferred Profile We are particularly interested in candidates who offer: Strong technical understanding of agricultural machinery and equipment. Experience working with dealers, distributors, contractors, or large commercial customers. A consultative and solution-selling approach. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional who can combine agricultural industry expertise, OEM knowledge, strong technical credibility, and commercial acumen to deliver exceptional customer value and sustainable business growth. Technically strong candidates with agricultural OEM backgrounds will be highly preferred.
