About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Hospitality Consultant to provide expert advice and strategic guidance to hospitality businesses, working remotely from Paarl . In this role, you will analyze operational challenges, identify areas for improvement, and develop customized solutions to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will work with a variety of clients, offering insights on service standards, revenue management, operational processes, and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver impactful recommendations through virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of hospitality operations, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop strategic recommendations and action plans to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Provide expert consultation on areas such as menu engineering, pricing strategies, staffing models, and customer experience enhancement.

Requirements
