Function Overview

The AI Transformation & Automation Specialist will be solely responsible for researching, designing, implementing and managing Artificial Intelligence solutions across the Group.

This role will work directly with departmental leaders to identify inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, develop AI-powered workflows and create intelligent agents that improve productivity, decision-making and client service.

The successful candidate will be expected to become the internal subject matter expert on AI technologies, with a particular focus on Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise AI solutions.

This is a highly visible and strategic role that will help define how AI is adopted throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's AI implementation roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption across all departments.
• Research emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to the business.
• Evaluate new AI solutions and provide recommendations to management.
• Establish best practices and governance frameworks for AI usage.
• Lead the deployment and optimization of Microsoft Copilot across the Group.
• Design and implement agentic Copilot use cases for different departments and job functions.
• Build AI-assisted workflows using Microsoft 365 applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel and Word.
• Measure and report on AI adoption and efficiency gains.

AI Agent Development

• Design and implement AI agents and digital assistants for business processes.
• Build departmental AI solutions to automate repetitive tasks.
• Develop AI-powered knowledge management and document retrieval systems.
• Implement workflow automations using Power Automate and AI services.
• Collaborate with business units to define requirements and success metrics.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Map existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Redesign workflows to leverage AI and modern productivity tools.
• Eliminate manual processes through intelligent automation.
• Create scalable solutions that can be deployed across multiple jurisdictions and departments.

Training & Change Management

• Deliver AI training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Develop AI usage policies and operational guidelines.
• Promote AI adoption throughout the organization.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to users.
• Ensure employees understand both opportunities and limitations of AI technologies.

Governance & Risk Management

• Ensure AI implementations comply with relevant privacy, data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Establish responsible AI practices and governance standards.
• Monitor data security and information protection within AI solutions.
• Maintain documentation of AI systems, processes and controls.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience working with automation, AI, digital transformation or business technology implementation.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience managing technology-enabled business change initiatives.

Advantageous

• Microsoft AI certifications.
• Microsoft Copilot certifications.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering principles.
• Experience within financial services, fund administration or professional services environments.
