Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or modifications to existing ones to enhance productivity and quality.
- Lead process improvement projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve workflow.
- Develop and maintain detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes.
- Collaborate effectively with on-site manufacturing teams and cross-functional stakeholders remotely to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to implement sustainable corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing process engineering.
- Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex production data.
- Proficiency in process mapping, statistical analysis, and relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
