Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sophisticated investment strategies across various asset classes, aligning with the firm's risk appetite and return objectives. Conduct comprehensive market research and economic analysis to inform investment decisions and identify emerging trends. Formulate and communicate clear, actionable market views and strategic recommendations to senior management and clients. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of investment analysts and portfolio managers. Oversee the construction and rebalancing of client portfolios to ensure optimal risk-adjusted returns. Engage with clients and business development teams to articulate the firm's investment philosophy and performance. Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA charter is essential. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investment management, portfolio strategy, or asset allocation. Demonstrated track record of successful investment performance and strategic decision-making. Expertise in global financial markets, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and derivatives. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of investment professionals.
