About the Role

You will be responsible for developing BIM standards, coordinating models from various disciplines, and providing technical support to project teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans and project-specific standards.


• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes.


• Manage the BIM content library and ensure consistency across projects.


• Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.


• Conduct regular model audits to ensure adherence to standards and quality control.


• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to leverage BIM for design analysis and optimization.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager.


• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of BIM protocols.


• Knowledge of other relevant BIM software and platforms.


• Excellent understanding of the architectural and construction processes.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
