01 Permanent
Own escalated tickets across Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking for a portfolio of managed-services clients. You document what you fix and you are comfortable in front of a client.
- 3+ years in a service-desk or MSP environment
- Strong Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory skills
- Practical networking: VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
Design and deliver switching, routing, firewall and wireless builds for corporate and media environments, from survey through to handover documentation.
- 5+ years designing and deploying business networks
- Firewall and VPN experience (Fortinet, Sophos or similar)
- Wireless survey and high-density design experience
Keep multi-site rollouts on schedule: sequencing, suppliers, site readiness and client communication. You are the reason nobody is surprised.
- 2+ years coordinating technical or construction-adjacent projects
- Comfortable with schedules, asset registers and supplier follow-up
A structured year on the service desk with mentorship, certification support and exposure to live client environments.
- IT diploma or degree, or strong demonstrable self-study
- Genuine curiosity and a habit of finishing what you start
