About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and report recurring issues or trends to the management team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a support agent , customer service, or helpdesk role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• A patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
