About the Role
Our client, a prominent management consultancy, is seeking a detail-oriented Management Consultant specializing in operations to join their team serving clients in and around Mossel Bay, Western Cape . This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, streamlining business processes, and implementing best practices to enhance client performance. You will engage in hands-on analysis of operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design practical solutions that drive cost savings and improve productivity. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams from your home office, contributing to a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvement strategies.
- Design and implement optimized workflows, supply chain improvements, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with client teams to manage the implementation of operational changes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations consulting or relevant industrial roles.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
