Sales and Business Development Manager

Location: Honeydew, Roodepoort, Gauteng
Salary: R80 000 per month

Our client is looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager who is going to be responsible for managing and growing the brand's lifting and mining business across South Africa and African export markets.

The role focuses on increasing sales, expanding market share, developing distributor networks, and securing new business opportunities within the mining, industrial, engineering, and lifting Industry sectors.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Diploma or Degree in General Management, Sales & Business Development
• Minimum of 5-10 years proven track record and work experience in related field
• Project Management
• Possess strong technical knowledge of lifting equipment and mining applications
• Proven experience in business development, key account management, and export sales within the lifting equipment, material handling and mining sectors
• Grow the brand's presence and market share in South Africa and Africa by leveraging technical expertise, strong customer relationships, and an effective distribution network while achieving sales and profitability targets
• Possess strong technical knowledge of lifting equipment and mining applications, combined with proven experience in business development, key account management, and export sales within the lifting equipment and mining sectors
