SALES & MARKETING LEAD WITHIN THE PROPERTY SPACE - 6mth Contract

Ready to make an impact in a fast-moving, student-focused environment? We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales & Marketing Lead to drive campaigns, convert leads into applications and bring sales and marketing initiatives to life across a property portfolio.

POSITION INFO:

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy and conversion targets.
• Manage the lead pipeline and oversee the journey from enquiry to application and confirmed placement.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, agencies, suppliers and internal teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to keep key initiatives moving.
• Support the onboarding of new residences and the integration of acquired properties where required.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and prepare reports and presentations to track progress.
• Build relationships with schools, universities, student stakeholders and relevant industry partners.
• Travel between residences, campuses, events and stakeholder sites as needed.

What you’ll bring:

• A relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communications or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ relevant sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record in targets, campaigns, stakeholder management and reporting.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong pipeline management and lead conversion skills.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, presentation and written communication abilities.
• A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
• South African citizenship is essential.

Your advantage: Experience in student accommodation, higher education, hospitality or property, together with exposure to CRM systems, digital marketing, marketing analytics or the South African tertiary education and student funding landscape.
