POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & Business Partnering Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term . Develop financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives and investments. Deliver meaningful financial insights to improve profitability and business performance. Partner with stakeholders to influence key commercial and operational decisions. Financial Reporting & Corporate Governance Lead the full finance function, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage management accounts and executive reporting packs. Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and financial regulations. Oversee the implementation and application of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 . Lead annual audits, tax compliance, VAT submissions, and statutory reporting. Operational Finance Excellence Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and financial risk. Drive process optimisation, digitisation, and financial control improvements. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Support operational teams through financial analysis and performance management. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strengthen financial governance and internal control environments. Foster strong relationships across all levels of the business.
