Our client based in Phoenix is looking for a Floor Salesman / Merchandiser
Location: Phoenix, Durban
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous retail sales or merchandising experience is advantageous.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to promote products and assist customers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to replenish stock and maintain product displays.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
- Promote products and drive sales.
- Arrange, replenish, and maintain stock on shelves.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged goods.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and presentable.
- Check promotional displays and product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service and support daily retail operations.
