We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and results-driven Senior Production Planner to take ownership of production planning, scheduling and, most importantly, driving production readiness to achieve OTIFAQ (On Time, In Full, At Quality).
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring that customer orders are planned correctly, all required glass and materials are available at the right time, and production is ready to meet customer delivery commitments.

Manage the dispatch schedule: Ensure every customer order is accurately captured, prioritised and tracked, with no orders overlooked.
Develop production plans: Translate customer demand into achievable production schedules aligned with capacity, resources and delivery dates.
Coordinate with Glass Planning: Drive the pulling of requirements from the glass push plan to ensure glass availability and readiness for Doors and Frames production.
Anticipate and resolve risks: Identify material shortages, capacity constraints and potential delays early, and drive corrective actions before OTIFAQ is affected.
Coordinate across departments: Work closely with Production, Sales, Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics to ensure that commitments are met.
Monitor performance: Track OTIFAQ, schedule adherence, readiness and outstanding orders, and implement improvements to planning effectiveness.

A relevant qualification in Production, Operations or Supply Chain Management will be advantageous.
Consistently improved OTIFAQ performance.
Production readiness achieved in line with customer requirements.
Accurate dispatch schedules and reliable production plans.

Strong coordination and accountability across departments.
We are looking for someone who does more than maintain a schedule - someone who drives readiness, anticipates problems and ensures the factory is ready to deliver on its promises.
