Our client, an established South African payment solutions provider, is looking for a high-energy Sales Manager (Player-Coach) to spearhead their Gauteng growth. Working fully remotely, you’ll split your time between landing lucrative merchant deals yourself and recruiting, coaching, and driving a top-tier team of Sales Consultants to smash regional targets. Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years leading B2B sales in Fintech, Payments, Card Acquiring, or Banking.
• A proven track record of hunting and closing new business in commission-heavy roles.
• The leadership grit to recruit, mentor, and hold a remote sales team accountable while carrying your own quota.

Remuneration Structure

• Basic Salary: R25,000 per month.
• Uncapped Commission: Direct per-merchant onboarding fees + 3rd-month gross revenue share on your deals + team commission overrides.
• Target Earnings: R740k – R800k+ p.a., with massive upside potential for landing high-volume enterprise merchants.
