Salary: $1,500 - $2,500 / month

About the Client:

Our client is a fast-moving startup operating two rapidly growing online casino brands across the crypto and U.S. social casino markets. The business operates within a larger ecosystem of established gaming operators. One brand is backed by an international gaming group operating 17 additional casinos generating more than $50 million per month in gross gaming revenue. The second is backed by a major U.S. operator generating more than $10 million per month in gross profit. The company is building for significant scale. With strong execution, the team believes the business has the potential to exceed $100 million in annual profit within the next year.

About the Role:

We are seeking a sharp, energetic, and highly ambitious Marketing Generalist to join our fast-moving startup environment. This role is built for a creative self-starter who moves fast, brings fresh growth ideas, and leverages modern AI tools daily to accelerate output and execution. Instead of managing from a distance or bringing a rigid corporate playbook, you will be hands-on across digital campaigns, content generation, brand positioning, and rapid marketing experiments. Prior iGaming experience is not required—we value speed, intelligence, adaptability, and a strong hunger to learn and scale within a high-growth environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and run day-to-day marketing campaigns
• Create and test fresh growth ideas quickly
• Support brand positioning and content
• Work across paid, organic, CRM, and basic lifecycle marketing
• Use AI tools heavily to speed up production and experimentation
• Collaborate closely with founders and other team members

Requirements:

• Has at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Young, High energy, quick-learning mindset with a strong passion for marketing and growth
• Should be AI-driven → Strong proficiency in using modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) to streamline daily workflows and speed up execution
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced startup rather than a corporate environment
• Proven ability to generate creative ideas, test new channels, and execute campaigns quickly
• Strong written and visual communication skills for engaging target audiences
• No prior iGaming experience required—willingness to learn and adapt is key
