Junior Business Analyst

Our client, in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team, based in Gqeberha.

The successful candidate will support business operations within the company through structured business analysis and high-quality business and statutory reporting. To analyse business processes, gathering and transforming data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into meaningful insights through Power BI.

Minimum Requirements:-

• Diploma/ Degree in Information Systems/ Information Technology/ Business Analysis preferably IIBA aligned or equivalent
• 2-4 years’ experience in business analysis, report writing, ERP support (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferably), and workflow methodology
• Ability to support change management initiatives and user adoption
• Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in working with Senior Management
• Computer literate with a strong office 365MS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central exposure

Key Performance Areas:-

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across key business functions
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Assist in solution design aligned to Business Central capabilities
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support management decision making
• Translate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central data into meaningful business insights
• Provide functional support to users and analyse system issues and enhancement requests
• Liase with internal teams and external service providers
• Assist with ERP upgrades, module rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives
