Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert advice on ergonomics and creating healthy living spaces for remote workers.
• Educate clients on the benefits of therapeutic massage and holistic wellness approaches.
• Utilize digital platforms to deliver one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, and educational content.
• Maintain detailed client progress notes and ensure confidentiality of all information.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in massage therapy, wellness coaching, and remote health.

Requirements

• A recognized professional qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., Diploma, Degree).
• Current registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., SASMT).
• A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience as a Therapeutic Massage Therapist.
• Proven experience in wellness coaching, stress management, or related fields.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology.
• Strong virtual communication, active listening, and empathetic coaching skills.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing software and other digital tools for client interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote client caseload effectively.
