About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor a fleet of delivery drivers conducting last-mile deliveries in the Polokwane area.
• Utilize logistics and GPS tracking software to optimize delivery routes and ensure timely arrivals.
• Communicate proactively with drivers to provide support, updates, and address any challenges they encounter.
• Manage delivery exceptions, rerouting, and problem-solving in real-time to minimize delays.
