About the Role

Our client, a leading international hospitality technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Hospitality Technology Consultant to join their fully remote team. This is a strategic role focused on advising hospitality businesses on the implementation and optimization of cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, guest experience, and revenue generation. As a remote-first position, you will leverage your deep understanding of hospitality operations and technology trends to guide clients through digital transformations. You will work independently from your home office, collaborating with a global network of experts and clients to drive innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current technology infrastructure and operational workflows.
• Recommend and design tailored technology solutions, including PMS, CRS, POS, CRM, and guest-facing technologies.
• Guide clients through the implementation, integration, and adoption of new technology systems.
• Provide expert advice on emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics in hospitality.
• Develop strategic technology roadmaps to align with clients' business objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client staff on technology usage and best practices.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for technological improvement.
• Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in hospitality technology and industry trends.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hospitality technology, consulting, or a senior IT management role within the hospitality sector.
• Proven expertise in various hospitality technology systems (PMS, CRS, POS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data security, and integration methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and client-management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of current trends in AI, IoT, and data analytics within the hospitality context.
• Experience with system implementation lifecycle and project management methodologies.
