Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on logistics and warehousing.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful supply chain strategies.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, WMS, and TMS software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, with experience managing global suppliers and partners.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams effectively.
• Proficiency in supply chain analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
