About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in educational content development, strategy, and leadership, preferably in digital environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in child development theories and their application to curriculum and content design.
• Proven experience in managing content projects and teams in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles for digital learning.
