Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse client roles, ensuring efficient and effective placements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, building a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their unique staffing requirements.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases, including LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in understanding client industries and candidate career aspirations.
• Relevant qualification or certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus.
