Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and specialized therapies.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and product usage to ensure optimal results and long-term skin health.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and product recommendations.
• Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and research in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong rapport and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist in training junior aestheticians and maintaining treatment room hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and supplies for treatments.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Somatology or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Aesthetician, with a strong portfolio of successful client outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and their corresponding treatments.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining aesthetic equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client consultation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sanitation and sterilization protocols within a clinical setting.
