Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a support role within mental health services or a related field.
- Strong understanding of common mental health conditions and recovery principles.
- Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and electronic record-keeping systems.
