Role Overview

Festive Flexi Junior Sales Assistant

This festive season, we’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Festive Flexi Junior Retail Advisor. You’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional in-store experience during one of the busiest retail periods of the year. From engaging with customers and sharing product knowledge to maintaining store standards and supporting stockroom operations, you’ll help ensure that our stores remain organised, efficient, and customer-ready.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, works well in a team, pays attention to detail, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience:

• Experience is not a prerequisite
• 6–12 months in retail or a customer facing role is advantageous
• A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Assisting customers and delivering a positive, engaging in-store experience.
• Influencing customer buying decisions through product knowledge and interaction.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting stock replenishment and ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and upholding company standards at all times.
• Assisting with merchandising in line with management guidance.
• Supporting stock loss prevention and adhering to security procedures.
• Assisting with returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
• Contributing to a well‑organised, efficient, and customer‑ready store environment.
