This role is designed for a seasoned professional adept at identifying and securing C-suite and senior leadership talent for prominent organizations within the healthcare ecosystem. You will be instrumental in conducting in-depth market mapping, engaging with high-caliber executives, and ensuring a seamless search process from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate possesses a nuanced understanding of the complexities within the healthcare sector and a passion for facilitating critical leadership appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct retained executive searches for senior leadership positions within the healthcare and life sciences industries.
• Develop sophisticated search strategies, including market intelligence gathering, candidate identification, and engagement plans.
• Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare and life sciences executives and potential candidates.
• Manage client relationships, providing expert advice and updates throughout the search process.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews and reference checks.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and search reports for clients.
• Collaborate with internal research teams to enhance market understanding and identify talent pools.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the sector.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search, with a proven track record within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for roles such as CEOs, COOs, CMOs, VPs of Research, and other senior executive positions.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and key players in healthcare and life sciences.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex search projects simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
• Proficiency in executive search methodologies and relevant technology platforms.
