Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Analyze financial data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and providing explanations for discrepancies.
• Support the annual budgeting process by gathering data, consolidating inputs, and performing financial analysis.
• Evaluate the financial impact of new business initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to gather information and provide financial insights.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform financial strategy and decision-making.
• Utilize financial software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences through presentations and written reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Financial Analyst, or in a similar financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, macros) and financial modeling.
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion) and ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a virtual team environment.
