Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a compliance or legal role, preferably within a corporate environment in Midrand .
• In-depth knowledge of South African financial services, corporate governance, and related regulations.
• Proven experience in risk management and internal controls.
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory texts.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
