About the Role

Our client, a distinguished management consultancy, is seeking an experienced and insightful Management Consultant to focus on Financial Strategy. This exciting opportunity is based in Centurion, Gauteng , and involves advising businesses on critical financial decisions, capital management, and long-term financial planning. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes, optimise their financial performance, and achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including valuation, financial modelling, and scenario planning, for a variety of clients.
• Develop comprehensive financial strategies, including capital allocation, funding strategies, and M&A advisory.
• Advise clients on financial risk management, working capital optimisation, and cash flow management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and business cases for executive review.
• Collaborate closely with client finance teams to implement strategic recommendations and monitor progress.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in corporate finance and financial strategy.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery of financial advisory services.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key financial stakeholders within client organisations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• A Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc Finance) or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CA) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting with a financial focus.
• Proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, and strategic financial planning.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance principles, and accounting standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex financial concepts clearly.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment in Centurion, Gauteng .
