Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on site, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Conduct regular site meetings with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues.
• Ensure quality control throughout the construction process, identifying and resolving defects promptly.

• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Resolve site-specific issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably on large-scale commercial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and standard office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites as needed.
