Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate retail sales teams across multiple stores in the Nelspruit area to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the local market dynamics.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and a positive shopping experience in all assigned stores.
• Conduct regular training sessions for sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Manage inventory levels and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities and minimize stockouts.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement localized promotions and events.
• Identify opportunities for expansion or new business development within the Mpumalanga region.
• Manage store operational budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.Familiarity with the Mpumalanga retail landscape is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
