Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and professional facials.
• Operate and manage a variety of laser and light-based devices for treatments such as skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, acne treatment, and scar reduction.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss aesthetic goals, and recommend appropriate treatment protocols.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and expectations.
• Educate clients on skincare, product usage, and pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results.
• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting all treatments, progress, and outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in medical aesthetics, laser technology, and dermatological research.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and sterilized according to clinic protocols.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines within the clinic environment.
• Assist physicians with minor dermatological procedures as needed.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Medical Aesthetician or Laser Specialist.
• Proven expertise and certification in operating various medical-grade laser systems.
• In-depth knowledge of skin histology, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
• Excellent understanding of aesthetic principles and treatment outcomes.
• Strong client consultation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining laser equipment and treatment supplies.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a clinical setting.
