Senior UX/UI Designer for Digital Platforms

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and continuously improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences, including non-designers, through presentations and documentation.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, adhering to accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their implications for front-end development.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
