Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams under supervision.
• Pull electrical wires and cables through conduits and other raceways.
• Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and control equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical issues.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate actively in all assigned training sessions and workshops.

Requirements

• A matriculation certificate or equivalent qualification.
• A genuine passion for the electrical trade and a willingness to learn.
• Good physical condition and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.
• Basic understanding of mathematics and physics principles.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions precisely.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa .
• Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the Stellenbosch area.
