The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for guiding sales associates, managing daily operations, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service, resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Assist in training and onboarding new sales associates.
• Monitor sales floor activities, ensuring efficient customer engagement and product presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock takes as required.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately.
• Ensure store standards, including cleanliness and organization, are maintained at all times.
• Assist with visual merchandising and display maintenance.
• Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
• Support the Store Manager in implementing store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Associate in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive team performance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in Tembisa .
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of retail operations.
