Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine mechanical components and systems for automotive applications using CAD software.


• Conduct simulations and analyses (FEA, thermal analysis) to verify design integrity and performance under various operating conditions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, software development, and manufacturing, to ensure integrated system design.


• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.


• Support prototype builds, testing, and validation activities, providing detailed reports and recommendations.


• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues encountered during development and production phases.


• Contribute to the selection and evaluation of materials and manufacturing processes.


• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automotive mechanical engineering and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.


• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, preferably within the automotive sector.


• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).


• Experience with CAE tools for simulation and analysis.


• Understanding of automotive systems, components, and manufacturing processes.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
