About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate the daily activities of farm laborers, including planting, weeding, irrigating, and harvesting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in agricultural fieldwork and farm operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within agriculture.

• Basic knowledge of farm equipment maintenance is a plus.
