This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can independently manage high-level search assignments for executive and board positions across various industries worldwide. You will leverage sophisticated research methodologies, extensive networking capabilities, and a deep understanding of global talent markets to identify and engage top-tier candidates. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute complex executive search mandates on a global scale, identifying and assessing C-suite and senior leadership talent. Develop and implement innovative search strategies utilizing advanced research techniques and tools. Conduct comprehensive market intelligence and talent mapping for targeted sectors and regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with a global network of senior executives and industry leaders. Perform rigorous candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews, background checks, and reference validations. Manage client communication and provide expert counsel throughout the search process. Ensure the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all search activities. Collaborate with internal teams globally to share market insights and best practices. Contribute to business development by identifying potential client opportunities through your network. Effectively manage multiple international search projects concurrently. Requirements A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive search, with a strong track record of global placements. Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting senior-level talent (CEO, C-suite, Board) across diverse industries and geographies. Extensive international network and deep understanding of global talent markets. Exceptional research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities suitable for a global clientele. Proven ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects remotely. Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification is highly preferred. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage. Must be eligible to work remotely from **Northern Cape** or any location globally, with reliable internet access.
